For environments with high security requirements, we've ensured every single component of Rulebricks can be completely self-hosted and maintained. We offer CLI tools, helm charts, and clear architecture/user guides to assist your engineering team with this, as well as white-glove installation if preferred. Rulebricks can be configured so it can run 100% locally, making no requests and requiring no connection to the public internet.

Rule engines tend to serve a variety of mission critical use-cases. It's important for us to help clients considering implementing our technology develop confidence in our presence.

We have two tiers of SLAs we make available to clients of the Business (cloud) and Unlimited (self-hosted) plans of Rulebricks, though we occasionally extend SLA to other clients on a case-by-case basis. These agreements ensure prompt and comprehensive responses to any questions or issues that affect our software, and hold us meaningfully accountable via service-credits that get applied toward future Rulebricks billing. Platform uptime throughout our application experience is automatically verified and reported at status.rulebricks.com.

In any event Rulebricks is unable to continue service, we will assist you with a migration to a self-hosted deployment configuration, and our team is committed to continuing to provide you with intermittent support. Generally, since rules themselves are the change surface, we can say quite reasonably that our platform can continue providing you value even without constant upgrades.
