UserCRO, Inc. (dba: FUSE and Emet) builds AI data intelligence systems teams can trust. FUSE analyzes live performance data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and other platforms through secure API integrations, on demand, without warehousing advertising datasets. Emet is AI observability and truth infrastructure for internal data systems: it verifies every data point, calculation, and claim in AI-generated analysis against the customer’s own source data using deterministic code, and provides proof of accuracy. Emet runs alongside a customer’s AI agents, receives telemetry through an SDK or OpenTelemetry exporter, and never changes what the AI says.

We adhere to industry security best practices, with comprehensive technical and administrative controls and formal data protection policies. All customer data is hosted and processed in the United States, including AI model inference, and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Third-party models never train on customer data. Emet retains agent traces and verification records for the life of the account and deletes them on termination. Neither product requires access to customer infrastructure beyond the scoped credentials a customer grants.
